Course Description: Discover the critical role of air distribution in HVAC systems with this comprehensive course designed for HVAC professionals and technicians. Focused on the principles of effective air distribution, this class will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to design, install, and maintain efficient air distribution systems in residential and commercial applications.

You will explore key concepts such as airflow dynamics, duct design, and system balancing, gaining an understanding of how to optimize air distribution for comfort and energy efficiency. The course covers essential topics, including the selection and sizing of ductwork, air handling units, registers, and diffusers, as well as best practices for insulation and sealing to minimize energy loss.

Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences, you will learn to troubleshoot common issues related to air distribution, including airflow restrictions, noise control, and temperature variations. Emphasis will also be placed on evaluating existing systems and implementing upgrades for improved performance.
