The Next Generation of Technical Training.
ITEC is a stand alone for-profit HVAC & Skilled Trades training center and culmination of over 20 years of Isaac Heating’s Isaac University program– The only PAHRA accredited program run by a contractor in the nation– this dedication to excellence in training was transformational in helping Isaac grow from a small family business in Rochester, NY to a regional industry leader known for excellence with six branches throughout Western New York.
ITEC now offers this same level of dedication to excellence in hands on technical training to all contractors and workforce development agencies.
Nationally Recognized. Regionally Focused.
Training Provider Recognition & Accreditation
ITEC is recognized as an official HVAC training provider by certification testing organizations such as: North American Technician Excellence (NATE), National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA), and The ESCO Institute. ITEC's HVAC curriculum is accredited by the Partnership for Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Accreditation (PAHRA)
Community Training Partnerships
ITEC has worked with many local community agencies to provide training for both HVAC and Construction skills. In the last year alone, ITEC has had participants from Access VR, Vertus Academy, Urban League, Center for Youth, Volunteers of America, Veterans Outreach Center, Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, U Prep, Edison Tech and Livingston County Workforce Development.
Regional Training Resource
ITEC provides opportunities for contractors, as well as businesses specializing in electrical, plumbing, and residential and commercial services, to utilize the ITEC facility for training purposes. Isaac Technical (ITEC) delivers the training, tools, and resources organizations need for workforce initiatives. Don’t need an ITEC instructor to provide you with the lesson? ITEC has flex space available for leasing your own lab and classroom.
It is widely reported that skilled trade vacancies are some of the hardest jobs to fill in the country. Finding people to work as HVAC technicians, electricians, carpenters, welders, bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers, and masons has become difficult. ITEC’s established training and education curriculum is a workforce development driver for the mechanical trades. ITEC’s partners work to place program graduates into careers at the end of the program.
Isaac Heating Connection
ITEC has a standing partnership agreement to conduct the Isaac University curriculum for Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, inc., including the Isaac Heating Bootcamp. For information on the Isaac Bootcamp, contact Isaac Heating directly at email@example.com or www.isaacheating.com website
