The team at ITEC is proud to offer hands-on, career-focused training with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical courses to help individuals gain the skills needed to start or advance in the skilled trades. We make it easy to enroll whether you're just beginning your career or looking to grow your expertise. We also offer construction technology training through a six-week intensive program that provides hands-on experience in the skilled trades.
ITEC’s training and education curriculum is a workforce development driver for the mechanical trades and helps graduates begin their careers at the end of our programs. With our Trades Career Entry Program, we work to provide students with foundational skills in preparation for full-time employment with discussions surrounding job site etiquette, communication, teamwork, financial skills, and productive conflict resolution techniques. We even support developing a proper resume and training participants with mock interviews to ensure they are prepared for the job market.

Community Training Partnership
ITEC partners with local community agencies to train technicians with HVAC and Construction skills expertise. In the last year alone, ITEC has had participants from Access VR, Vertus Academy, Urban League, Center for Youth, Volunteers of America, Veterans Outreach Center, Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, U Prep, Edison Tech, and Livingston County Workforce Development.
